PORTLAND, Ore. — Travelers passing through Portland International Airport now have a new option for locally made spirits.
Portland-based Freeland Spirits is celebrating a soft opening of its new tasting room inside PDX, offering travelers 21 and over a rainbow of gin and bourbon options.
Founder and CEO Jill Kuehler said the distillery also offered a unique incentive through its crowdfunding campaign. Investors who contributed $500 or more will receive a complimentary small drink each time they pass through the airport.
