PORTLAND, Ore. — Three people were shot outside a popular bar in Portland’s Pearl District, and the owner is speaking out.
Police said 31-year-old Shannon Lyons was arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting of three women shortly after midnight April 27.
The victims suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
But River Pig Saloon owner Ramzy Hattar said the shooting should not have happened in the first place.
