Pickleball and food carts are coming to Southwest Portland in a former 1950s post office building.
The building at 3675 S.W. Troy St. in Multnomah Village has building permits for indoor pickleball courts and an exterior patio with food carts, according to permitting documents with the city. The building is 6,114 square feet, according to permits.
