PORTLAND, Ore. — Some small pet supply business owners in Portland say they are struggling to keep up with rising costs tied to high fuel prices.
The owner of The Filling Station on Northeast Alberta Street says she is seeing distributor delivery prices more than double since the Iran war began, a charge often labeled as a fuel surcharge.
