BATTLE GROUND, Wash. — A stretch of storefronts that has defined Battle Ground for generations is getting new attention and funding as the city rolls out a facade improvement grant program aimed at revitalizing Old Town without losing its identity.
The Old Town Facade Improvement Grant Program, part of the city’s 2026 budget, sets aside $50,000 to help business owners upgrade the look of their buildings. The program reimburses up to 50% of eligible exterior improvement costs, with a maximum award of $10,000
