Four tickets sold in Oregon are part of what may be the luckiest day in Powerball history.
PORTLAND, Ore. — A Powerball drawing on Wednesday created 91 new millionaires overnight — four of those stemming from lottery tickets sold in Oregon. It was among the highest number of correct tickets recorded in recent game history.
While there were two lucky jackpot winners who split a $143 million pot, another 89 tickets across 20 different states had all five white ball numbers correct, making them worth $1 million.
