PORTLAND, Ore. — The Portland Trail Blazers are feeling the lift of playoff basketball again — and not just on the court.

After a five-year postseason absence, team president of business operations Dewayne Hankins said the return of playoff basketball to Moda Center is already driving a surge in ticket sales, sponsorships and community buzz.

With a potential arena renovation timeline in motion and new ownership in place, Hankins said the franchise is positioning itself for long-term growth.
