CAMAS, Wash. — Shifting real estate prices have changed a decades-old housing pattern.
For years, Clark County has been a more affordable option in the Portland metro, but recent data shows skyrocketing average home prices — in some cases, surpassing those in Portland.
Camas is one of the areas seeing the largest price jumps in the last decade, with the median home price more than doubling.
