OREGON, USA — Philip H. Knight, co-founder and chairman emeritus of Nike, Inc., has donated $1 million to Chris Dudley’s Oregon gubernatorial campaign, according to campaign finance records filed with the Oregon Secretary of State’s office.
The contribution, recorded as a cash contribution paid by check, was made March 10, and filed with the state March 11, according to the Oregon Secretary of State’s campaign finance database. The aggregate listed in the filing reflects $1 million, indicating the full sum of Knight’s contributions to the campaign
