PORTLAND, Ore. — Investigators have released videos of a person of interest after a “human caused” fire that broke out at Elephants Delicatessen in Northwest Portland early Tuesday morning.
According to Portland Fire & Rescue, crews were at the restaurant on Northwest 22nd Avenue around 1 a.m. and spent several hours working to contain the flames. Officials said the blaze was challenging to fight, forcing crews to pull firefighters off the roof and out of the building at times
