More customers criticize Portland tiny home company after waiting years for their homes: ‘DOJ, where are you?’

Tiny Heirloom faces dozens of lawsuits and complaints for failing to deliver homes after taking large payments. Is it enough for a state investigation?

PORTLAND, Oregon — Customers of Tiny Heirloom, a Portland-based tiny home manufacturer, continue to report yearslong delays in receiving their homes after paying hundreds of thousands of dollars up front.

The company is the target of dozens of lawsuits and complaints dating back to 2019, as detailed in a prior KGW investigation.
