Oyatsupan Bakers is expanding with a new Central Eastside kitchen, 10 years after opening its Beaverton bakery and cafe.
The business has 7,060 square feet of kitchen and office space in the new facility at 333 S.E. Second Ave., which is focused on the company’s signature Shokupan Japanese milk bread, said founder Hiroyuki Horie.
The dedicated kitchen allows Oyatsupan to produce about 10 times
