Four suspects were caught on camera robbing a House of Pipes smoke shop in Southeast Portland on Christmas Eve, costing the store more than $200k.
PORTLAND, Ore. — A Christmas Eve smash-and-grab at a Southeast Portland smoke shop has left the owner out more than $200,000. The chain of stores has been hit several times in the past year, including other break-ins using cars.
Surveillance video from Wednesday shows a car being used as a battering ram to get into the House of Pipes shop on Southeast 41st Avenue and Hawthorne Boulevard.
