Following what’s been a slow-start, Mt. Hood Meadows officially kicks off the ski season Tuesday with limited terrain.
PORTLAND, Oregon — Mt. Hood Meadows opened Tuesday with limited terrain following what’s been a slow-start to the ski season.
“We’re stoked that Mother Nature has brought us the snow we’ve been wishing for in time for some holiday turns,” Meadows posted on its website Tuesday morning.
“Opening day is finally here, absolutely amazing,” the resort’s president Greg Pack said in an interview with KGW Tuesday. “It’s taken awhile for Mother Nature to deliver us some snow but our team did an incredible job putting together
