Police and the county DA’s office released surveillance videos from multiple bike theft incidents and said they believe there are additional unreported victims.
PORTLAND, Ore. — The Multnomah County District Attorney’s office announced Monday that it has indicted a suspected serial bike thief on 43 counts, marking a second indictment for the recently-formed anti-burglary task force, a partnership between the DA’s office and the Portland Police Bureau (PPB).
Christopher McGinnis was arrested in late September and indicted last week after a lengthy presentation to a grand jury, Deputy District Attorney Alex Garcia said at a news conference, adding that officials believe there are likely additional victims
