What it is: First launching as a pop-up at Normandie inspired by co-owner Amanda Cannon’s New Jersey upbringing with red sauce dishes, Sunday Sauce is now a brick-and-mortar at 902 N Killingsworth Street. The restaurant features a comforting menu of meatballs, garlic bread, eggplant parm, and, yes, a “Sunday sauce” dish— rigatoni with day-long braised beef and pork.
