PORTLAND, Ore. — Multiple political rallies are planned around the Portland metro area Monday — some of which are billed as “Workers Over Billionaires,” part of a coordinated nationwide series of Labor Day protest events. Some of the events are being organized and promoted by the same groups behind a series of anti-Trump protests that have drawn thousands of people to downtown Portland this summer.
