Ringside Steakhouse has reopened after a kitchen fire forced a months-long remodel.
PORTLAND, Ore. — A legendary Portland restaurant reopened Monday night after a kitchen fire forced it to close for four months.
Ringside Steakhouse hosted a reopening party, marking the end of a lengthy restoration process for the family-owned establishment that has operated since the 1940s.
“It’s fantastic, it’s big to our community, it’s big to our family and our staff,” said Scott Peterson, whose family has run the restaurant for decades.
