The Portland Pickles accused Disney of trademark infringement in the animated series “Win or Lose” on Disney+.
PORTLAND, Ore. — Almost three months after the Portland Pickles baseball team sued the Walt Disney Co., the case has settled, according to court documents.
Terms of the settlement, including a dollar amount or injunction terms, were not included in court documents. The Pickles did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
