In newsrooms around the Pacific Northwest and across the United States, it’s awards season, when writers, editors and designers find out how their work has fared when judged by juries of their peers. The Society of Professional Journalists’ Region 10 covers all the newspapers and magazines in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. That’s a lot of journalism going on!
