PORTLAND, Ore. — Years after the COVID-19 pandemic, Portland businesses are struggling to get back up, with two decades-long bars shutting its doors after years of service.
Slow Bar, as well as Home, A Bar, will both be going out of business over the next few weeks after several years of service. Higgins Restaurant also announced on social media that they are on the brink of closure.
