Detectives determined the same man also threw an unlit Molotov cocktails and broke windows at a home in Southeast Portland.
PORTLAND, Ore. — A man is facing charges after allegedly targeting and vandalizing a North Portland tea shop twice in the span of two days. He’s also accused of breaking windows at a home in Southeast Portland.
Detectives took 37-year-old Kristian Clarida into custody on Tuesday. He was taken to the Multnomah County Detention Center.
