Several counties are now in jeopardy of moving back to Phase 2 this week because of rising COVID-19 cases. State business organizations have urged Governor Inslee to delay the decision for several weeks. On Friday, the governor warned he may not have a choice.
“This is not judgment day Monday,” he said. “The score is the score. This score is determined by the COVID virus, not us.”
