Westlake just became a convergence zone for three significant topics of our pandemic food era: ghost kitchens, David Chang, and fried chicken sandwiches.
The chef turned restaurateur turned chili oil purveyor and multimedia juggernaut will bring his Fuku fried chicken sandwiches to Seattle starting Tuesday, September 28. The setup mirrors what Chang’s company has already rolled out in other cities: a partnership with ghost kitchen platform Reef Technologies to serve up sandwiches, chicken fingers, and waffle fries. They are available only as delivery.
