The Nikkei Bake Sale Will Donate All Sales to Asian-American Justice Organizations

If you read Eater PDX’s EventWire, you may already be aware of this event, but it bears repeating. Today, more than 30 bakers, chefs, and coffee roasters will be selling sweets for the Nikkei Bake Sale, organized by Jaclyn Nakashima. The event, running from noon to 3 p.m. at XLB’s Williams location at 4090 N Williams Avenue, will raise money for the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO) and the Asian Mental Health Collective. Contributors range from high-profile chefs like Carlo Lamagna, Vince Nguyen, and Althea Grey Potter to bakeries like La Reinita, Bee’s Custom
