Portland Winterhawks Blitz Tri-City As Central Division Ends Their Season

The Tri-City Americans played an overtime game just a day before getting hammered by the Portland Winterhawks as they took the win 4-3. Going 1-4 on the powerplay to Spokane’s 1-3 and edged the shots 29-27 in the game, the Americans looked strong in their battle versus the Chiefs. 

Prince George Cougars would only get 18 shots on goal. But they would get two goals from them, enough to get the win over the Kelowna Rockets 2-1. Prince George actually had a 2-0 lead going into the third, where they finally surrendered a goal. Kelowna got 30 shots on net.
