It’s been two consecutive first round exits for the Portland Trail Blazers, both in very disappointing fashion after disappointing regular seasons. After Dame willed Portland through the 2019 NBA bubble and was promptly swept out of the playoffs by LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers, the team tried to retool.
