HILLSBORO, Ore. — The owner of a “bikini barista” drive-thru coffee stand in Hillsboro has been arrested on 26 counts of various sex crimes, many involving former employees or job applicants at the business, according to Hillsboro police.
Jeffery Scott Hebner, 61, is the owner of a coffee stand called Dream Girl Espresso that operates in a parking lot off of the Tualatin Valley Highway in south Hillsboro.
He was booked into the Washington County jail on multiple
