The 34th-floor condo is one of eight that are unfinished, and it’s the largest still on the market inside, according to Terry Sprague, owner of LUXE Forbes Global Properties.
The penthouse features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms inside about 4,000 square feet, according to the floorplan. There’s room for an office, kitchen, terrace, and large living room and dining area.
