Suspected drunken driver arrested after crashing into parked car, light pole in Northeast Portland

A 43-year-old man with a reported blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit was arrested after hitting a parked car and crashing into a light pole in Northeast Portland.

Larry James Lattymer, of Southeast Portland, was traveling northbound around 4:40 p.m. Friday on North Cully Boulevard when he hit the front of another car and crashed near the Northeast Prescott intersection, said Portland Police spokesman Sgt. Pete Simpson.

Lattymer was booked in Multnomah County Jail on DUII and

Lattymer was booked in Multnomah County Jail on DUII and reckless driving charges. The man had a blood alcohol level of .23, said Simpson.

No one was injured in the crash.
