Buzz Monkey Acquired By Zynga

Eugene, Oregon-based Buzz Monkey, a developer of videogames, has been acquired by social games maker Zynga, according to reports. Details of the acquisition have not yet been announced by the companies. Buzz Monkey was founded by Randy Thompson, Jon Milnes, Steve Cordon, and Barry Drew, who had been involved in such games as "Tribes" and "Incredible Machine". The report from TechCrunch cites "sources who have knowledge of the deal" for the details of the acquisition.
